We offer a 48-hour cooling-off period from the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your domain registration, you may request a full refund within this period, provided that the domain has not been actively used (no website published, no email services configured).
After the 48-hour cooling-off period, domain registration fees are generally non-refundable. This is because domain names are unique digital assets that are reserved exclusively for you upon registration.
For our Premium Hosting services, the following refund policies apply:
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our Premium Hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
After the 14-day period, you may still cancel your hosting service at any time, and we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing cycle, minus any applicable fees.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
